Telephone Sessions

A telephone session from Sedona allows you to be anywhere in the world and to enjoy the session in the comfort of your environment.  

Choose a time when you can be alone and can rely on stillness in the environment.  Eliminate any type of electronic interference:  turn off radios, TV and computers.  Prior to the session, take some time to relax, stretch, meditate - this is great preparation for our time together.
